Very busy at the moment.

We have just returned from our Fundraising Camping Weekend which was as huge success. We are now trying to get through all the messages and e-mails and applications we have received. If you have been in contact with us and not received a reply please be patient, we will get to you as soon as we can. We also have a number of new dogs in which we need to assess before they are ready for re-homing.

DOG OF THE WEEK - MOSS

Moss is around 6 years old and an absolute delight with people of all ages, he is happy, friendly and obedient. He was much loved in his previous home and this shows in his temperament. He walks lovely on a lead and is good off lead too, and despite not getting the walks he needed for a while lost no time at all in enjoying the freedom of off lead walks around the lake, swimming in it (he really loves to swim) and playing ball. They had to stay in overnight following the opeations but were back home last night causing mayhem as usual, we think their foster mum/dad are going to have lots of fun keeping them calm for the next couple of weeks! Now all we need to do is ra

BUTTONS & MOUSE URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP

The gorgeous Buttons and Mouse came into rescue as their previous owner could no longer care for them. They were both born with cleft palates which can give them problems when eating/drinking and can cause other health issues as food etc can quite easily end up in their lungs. We took them to see a specialist veterinary surgeon who is confident he can carry out soft palate surgery which will repair their clefts and enable to life a full and happy life. As a charity we are not always very good at asking for financial help but in this instance we really do need a little extra support as even with a discount for being a charity the cost is £2500 for each operation. This is a very expensive un
